billion, I'm not going to lose money. Therefore, I've no problem in giving

这个对。人家没说最后一个investor根本。我不是很确定，我觉得早期投资者应该比后
来的权利优先。

新的钱进来，只能让最后一个优先。不过原来投资者应该也可以有投票权让不让新的资
金进来。

发帖数: 8927 | 6 那要看后期投资的讨价还价的能力了，不绝对。最近的趋势是要这个Preference
Protection，但也有可能有的公司创始人基本不差钱，或一堆投资人竞争，可能拿不到
这个好处。 |
