z******e 发帖数: 1 | 1 SUMMARY: The center shall have a full time Program Director who is
responsible for the management of day-to-day operations, overall conduct of
the center and for compliance with applicable laws and regulations. Duties
shall be limited to the administration and provision of services at the
center
TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Directing and Supervising All Aspects of the Program
2. Develops implements and maintains company philosophy, policies, goals and
objectives.
3. Reasonable for coordination of all service commencements
4. Responsible for overseeing centers safety and emergency evacuation
programs
5. Responsible for development and implementation of Otrada ADHC marketing
plan
6. Responsible for coronation of transportation services
7. HR, Payroll
8. Hires, supervises, evaluates and terminates staff as needed; arranges for
volunteer and student assistants and maintains at least a 6:1 ratio of
participants to staff at all times, ensuring that staffing ratios shall at
all times be sufficient to meet the needs of the participants.
9. Prepares and maintains up to date monthly staffing schedule; approves
time off; maintains up to date personnel files (current licenses, CPR, TB
tests, changes in salary/position, etc.) and employee evaluations.
10. Coordinates and directs orientation and ongoing in-service training of
staff, students and volunteers. Supervises all departments including nursing
, social work, activities, food service, transportation, and housekeeping/
maintenance.
11. Develops implements and manages daily program and stays within budget.
Reviews budget on monthly basis with the financial office.
12. Develops and updates policies and procedures manual according to the
centers needs including but not limited to: job descriptions, fee schedules,
billing procedures, medical record system and any changes in state
regulations. Revises and updates forms as needed.
13. Establishes and maintains professional relationships with local
government agencies and other community organizations that could offer
support to the program.
14. Develops and implements a structured marketing plan that is effective in
increasing (maintaining when at full capacity) maximum daily census.
Records and maintains all inquiries, admissions and discharges in the
computerized database.
15. Tracks census through average daily attendance, number of inquiries,
discharges and admissions from month to month.
16. Reviews attendance for accuracy and compares it with transportation logs
on a daily basis.
17. Ensures that all Medical Assistance participants are present in the
Center for a minimum of 6 hours for each billable day.
18. Educates community agencies and target population groups about the
purpose and goals of the adult day center and its services through a
structured marketing plan and public speaking engagements.
19. Maintains a quality assurance program system for evaluating program
effectiveness. Conducts quality assurance audits..
20. Establishes procedures and maintains contracts for physician visits,
emergency coverage, consultants and rehabilitative services. Reviews
contracts yearly for up-to-date licenses and insurance information, as well
as continuation of contract or agreement.
21. Shall be responsible for administering and coordinating the in-service
training program.
22. Prepares yearly program evaluation and works with staff and licensing
review authorities on licensing renewal issues.
23. Prepares for yearly environmental health inspection and works with staff
to ensure that environmental health procedures are followed throughout the
year.
24. Conducts tours of the center, processes admissions, telephone inquiries
and referrals. Verifies MA eligibility for admission to medical day care
center.
25. Maintains a positive attitude and assumes other job related duties as
necessary.
QUALIFICATIONS:
1. Academic: Bachelor’s Degree preferably in a health and human
services field, from an accredited college or university, or the individual
shall be a registered nurse.
2. Experience: Must have at least 2 years of managerial experience and two
years’ experience working with adults in a health-care setting in a
professional or volunteering position
3. Health: Pre-employment clearance by a physician that certifies the
employee to be free of infectious disease and/or restrictions that would
inhibit performing job related responsibilities
4. Language: Able to read, write and speak English/Mandarin
