问问. 呵呵.想做这个的大概步骤是什么啊.比如需要什么样的学位. 资格考试什么的.
要什么经验啊.前景如何呢?MONEY PAY的怎么样?
工作性质什么的.
知道问的比较浅了,不过谁路过了好心就搭上两句就行了.有礼了!! 我自己也会努力考

Bar exam + patent bar exam
Engineering/scientist experience helpful but usually not req'd
前景如何呢?MONEY PAY的怎么样?
If you're lucky: get into a big firm as a associate. Salary starts at $160K.
Later on, maybe partnership, maybe inhouse.
If you're unlucky: Small immigration firm after law school. Struggle to keep
yourself fed.
Patent prosecution and litigation, patent portfolio counseling, strategic
counseling etc.

category A applicant for the patent bar. A few examples of what you will
find under category A are degrees in biology, computer science, electronics
technology, chemistry, pharmacology, physics, and numerous engineering
degrees.
A patent agent does not need a law degree. Both USPTO registered attorneys
and agents can prepare, file, and prosecute patent applications" |

not require a patent bar.
