本人国内大学法律本科, 有国内律师资格和很一般的工作经历
美国普通学校读LLM, 短短一年的program, 英语也不好,感觉没学到啥
毕业后找到一家美国人的移民律师事务所 --- 背景弱,加上当时要H1b sponsorship,
没得挑.
现在通过自学总算通过纽约州BAR. 问题是不想做移民律师. 想往公司法,business 方
面转. 可是没有有用的工作经历,也没有JD, 背景也很弱, 谁会要你! ?
几个solution:
1. 读JD, 科班出生,争取机会?
2. 读个MBA, 补没有business方面工作经历的不足?
3. 继续在移民混?
4. 现在就回国找工作. 估计这样的背景也没有任何优势,但可以去试试.
5. 找纽约州的能转领域的机会... 估计机会是0 --没有有用的经验和学历.
另外: 已经有绿卡.老公北美WSN普通工作一份,要读JD或mba都要贷款(虽然对MBA我不知
道奖学金情况)

Do you want to practice law or do business? MBA will not directly help you
get a law job if you don't already have the requisite credentials in law.
3. 继续在移民混?
I'd seriously consider this. Congratulations on passing the NY bar. Since
you already have the greed card, you should consider opening your own
immigration law practice. Working for yourself may lead to a more fulfilling | X***P
