买房子真的无法生财,除非房价猛涨,或者你有两个房子。
即使房价猛涨,你不卖掉,也是不能兑现的。像我公婆的小town house,
2006年飚到50多万,当时他们那个沾沾自喜阿,呵呵,现在又跌回20多万,
了,跟股票似的,欢天喜地意淫了一番paper money,还不是该做啥做啥
去了。
所以,想用地产赚钱,光房价上涨都还不够,你要有多余的rental property.

能租到30万房子的地方恐怕都是房子增值很快的。否则没有任何理由买房。
