refrigerator. Since refrigerator can still extract heat to produce subzero
temperature in some part of the fridge, it certainly can also extract heat
from subzero temperature air from outside. Of course the efficiency is lower
for lower temperature, but snow or not is not a scientifically way to tell
whether heat pump works efficiently. In some regions, a snow storm can bring
a lot of snow at a time then the temperature can return
