想把旧房出租，有经验的看看这家property management agreement 是否合理?
1. Management Fees – 10% of the gross monthly rents collected that month.
2. Leasing fees for New Tenancies – 50% of one full month’s rent
3. Fees Related to Insurance and Legal Matters - $30 per hour
4. Reserves hold in a trust account as a reserve for owner: $250.00
5. Fee if a tenant purchases Property: 2% of the sales price
6. A public Policy for that names Broker as a co-insured
另外，是否可以给property management agreement限制Tenancies的一些条件：
1． No pets
2． Less than 6 people per family
3． No Sub –lease
4． No illegal activities in home
5． 是否可以给暗示property management agreement不出租给阿三
