首先提前恭喜 match 到病理科的同学， Welcome to the wonderful world of
Pathology!
在进入 Program 之前，你对未来的 intern 生活恐慌吗？应该看什么书起
步？ Program 对你的 expectation 是什么？如何学习病理更有效率？如何在
360度评估中顺利通过？什么時候开始准备 fellowship？应该加入那些病理学
会？病理有哪些重要会议应该参加？何时以及如何准备病理board？ 如何在相
对轻松和特别繁忙的的 program survive?
CAPA（全美华人病理学会） Resident committee 将会在四月份举办第二届
2011华人病理住院医迎新会。在这个会议上，你将与 CAPA 的主席Dr. Steve
Shen 以及 CAPA Resident committee 成员通过 teleconference “面对面”；
并且有机会听取来自不同特色的 program 的同学分享的宝贵经验；Q&A 你自己
的疑虑。
转眼之间，我的 intern 生活快结束啦！回想起来去年第一届华人病理住院医
迎新会给了我很多帮助，让我少走了很多弯路。
这次会议仅限于 prematch/match 上病理专业的同学，如果人数允许，可以接
受考虑目前在PGY-1的同学报名。会议详情（时间，地点，人物、议程）将通
过电邮发给报名参加的同学。请联系Yoghurt（站內联系），因为参与活动的
前辈们都是以真实姓名发言，报名的同学也请你提供你的真实姓名，Program

1、2011年4月：病理住院医迎新电话会议。邀请不同类型病理Program的住院医
给新同学介绍如何做好一个intern和病理住院医。这个电话会议主要面对今年
进入的INTERN，目前的PGY-1住院医如果感兴趣也可以考虑。
2、5月-9月：以《考版俱乐部》为主要空间，指导病理专业住院医申请人准备
2012 match。这个计划面对今年或者以后的申请人，5月份老刀将亲自出席在
牛腰举行的CMG会议，另外一位住院医将通过视频连线参加讨论。
（在此特别感谢美国华人医师会住院医委员会的支持）
3、10月左右：邀请刚刚完成fellowship进入Academic、Private以及Diagnosing
Center 的新主治医介绍找工作经验以及不同类型工作的特点。这项活动主要面
对正在进行FELLOWSHIP TRAINING的同学，PGY-3以上优先报名。
第1和第3项活动计划都在周末进行，必须有真实姓名、住院医所在单位（地址）
和个人电邮才能加入，具体活动安排、主讲人情况只对报名的同学公开。
欢迎大家提出建议和设想。

点像SKYPE 。 可通过上网或拨电话连通。
