advance. No Fee.
- you could do it before online, but not anymore, have to call.
My point is that, since BA's offer expires soon, try to take advantage of it
as much as possible.
As long as you are a heavy user on AMEX card. |

But you have to register on Delta first.
And the 50% bonus is one time only, so transfer wisely with a big amount.
For example, on delta, you made two transfers:
one with 50k
another with 40K
You will only get 25k bonus on the 1st 50K transfer.
On BA, there is no limitation, plus no fee. |

If you only use it for going back to China, tranfer AMEX to CO 1:1 might be
better to some people ( to me, use 50K BA + $300 fee is slightly cheaper).
However, if you want to travel more exotic place, like Southern Asia (using
Cathay pacific), or going to Europe, or even use it within the US (by AA).
BA's 50% bonus is much better, I think.
