Bank在当地的ATM机上取现，没想到效果不错。
在意大利Palermo街头随便找了个有Master Card的ATM机取了150欧元，兑美元是178.41
，汇率是1：0.84，官方汇率是1：0.85， 差1.2%
在上海一个中国银行的ATM机上取了100人民币，兑美元是15.35，汇率是1：6.51,官方
汇率1：6.62，差1.7%。
之后查银行账单，没有任何其他费用包括ATM费，只是单纯扣了178.41和15.35美元。 |

Fido其实也是写了1%的，但实际没有。
另外国际免费的有很多，远不止Fido PNC两家。。。

There's no charge to use any Allpoint ATM in the U.S., plus we reimburse
up to $10 at the end of each statement cycle for fees charged at other ATMs
nationwide.
Keep in mind, we pay interest on the reimbursed amount starting on the day
the funds are credited to your account. |

， 可查xe.com，chase sapphire preferred汇率也一样。
Fidelity credit card 收1%，而且单独列出来。因为本身有2% cash back,还可以接受
，毕竟没有年费。
Chase Amazon credit card也不收foreign transaction fee.

另外这是atm取现，又不是刷卡消费，哪来的ftf
