据说唐人街卖的没有一根是正宗的花期参,要不是白参假冒,好点的也是加拿大的而已.
我们是跟农场买. 味道比唐人街的好太多了,我们朋友送给我们的唐人街买的,还说要将
近300刀一磅的精品, 估计就是加拿大参.
不过mm你搞清楚为什么要吃,头晕吃有帮助么. 我们是当保健汤喝的, 年年买十几磅.没
有觉得啥功效,就是个习惯. 我妈说这是清补,但是我有些朋友说吃了会上火.我自己感
觉是吃了会降火,还有对慢性咽喉炎好 | f****h

一个是Schumacher's Wisconsin Ginseng
这家近两年涨价不少. 就这几个月,有个item涨价了10刀.他们说因为前几年大雪把参都
冻死了.所以产量低.他们家多是3-4年的参,5年的不多见.但是他们处理参的方法跟别的
大部分农场不一样,有个cooling的过程,极大地保存了参的味道.
还有一家Imberger,价格稍微低一点.也是真参. 味道跟上家一样,但是确实煮起来香气
飘得没有那么厉害.他们有很大的5年产的比手指头粗的参. 最近涨价了几刀一磅. 对了
,他们家包装极其简单,就是那种密封塑料袋.而且一买都是一磅以上.
这两家是我买的比较多的,从威斯康辛州农场管理什么list上都可以查到.应该是真的.
我们还有朋友在唐人街做参茸批发的,给好多大酒店送这些原材料.他们帮我买的说很好
的参都没有我自己从这两个农场买的好. | m********4

家三年参感觉很小，自己用可以，送礼不行。四年以上的，个头和外表都不错。我把这

from the time you order your ginseng until arrives to your home via Canada
Post.
We look forward to serving your ginseng needs. When you buy our ginseng -
it will not be in gift packages and the size and shape of the ginseng will
vary but the quality will be excellent.
Additional information about our shipping and payment details as well as
our price list is noted below:
1) It takes less than one week from the time you order your ginseng
until it arrives at your house via Canada Post.
2) We sell our ginseng in one pound bags; the ginseng is not clipped or
graded so some ginseng will be skinny, fat, short, long, etc. The quality is
excellent and it comes right from the farm.
3) Please review our price list below and advise me if you require
addition information. When you order this ginseng, we will mail it to you,
after you receive it, I would ask you to mail me a cheque or money order –
payable to Pat White. We do not take credit cards. If you order three pounds
of ginseng or more, we will provide free postage into Western Canada; for
each 5 pounds of ginseng ordered - we will provide one pound of ginseng root
hairs for free. As noted within our price list, if you are not totally
satisfied with the ginseng you order, then send it back to us and there will
be no charge to you.

We are very pleased with our ginseng quality this year. The size is
large - taste, colour, shape and meat are really superior. We have limited
quantities of 5 and 6 year old ginseng. We reduced our ginseng powder prices
; sales are strong for this product - our customers find it strong in taste
and excellent for tea.

3 year old ginseng $30

For each 5 pounds of ginseng ordered at one time, we will provide one
pound of ginseng root hairs for free – if you wish, you can substitute the
root hairs for ginseng powder – there will be a $7/pound extra charge.
Ginseng root hairs contain the highest levels of the active ingredients
called ginsenocides and they are excellent for ginseng tea.
We work hard to provide top quality, field-run ginseng. This ginseng is
not graded or clipped; therefore it comes in different sizes – it is
packaged into one pound bags after it is dried. The quality is superior and
it comes right from the farm. If you are ever dissatisfied with the ginseng
that we send to you, please return it for a total refund. We can guarantee

煲汤,加山药干跟枸杞.我妈有时候放桂圆一起 (不过要注意,有些人吃这个是热的)
我妈是个煲汤expert,她煲的跟我的,材料一样,味道也不一样......好太多.呵呵
