“I asked a similar question on the Fire Stick link several weeks ago and
was told, "No". Verbatim technical specifications I was told:
"The maximum current for a USB 1.X & 2.0 is 500mw or 2.5W. The maximum
current for a USB 3.0 is 900mw or 4.5W. The current drawn on the Fire TV
Stick in full streaming mode is reportedly 1,000mw or 5W all @ 5V. To use
the USB in your television will exceed it's maximum current capacity by
twice if it is a USB 2.0. If you have a 3.0 you will only exceed by .5 or 10
%. The supplied wall plug-in provides the proper voltage and current for the
device. Your television does not."
The amount of power an Amazon Fire stick needs it was not designed to be
powered by a USB port, the USB port in your TV does not provide the correct
amount of power to run the Stick in full streaming mode. In short from what
I was told, if you try to power the Fire Stick via the USB you will get
Error Messages, you must use the power adapter that comes with the Fire
Stick.
Just posting what Amazon themselves told me also when I called customer
service”

因为原装Power Adapter不在身边，现在想用别的Power Adapter代替一下，但是网上查
不到准确Output是多少，所以来这里问问。
