Four-year vesting schedule, each year is 50k. Each month is about 4k.
If you put 40 hours each month into the project, your hourly rate is 100.
If you put 100 hours each month into the project, your hourly rate is 40.
If the basic currency is USD, the rate is workable. If it is RMB, the rate

产品质量。如果连这点工资都不愿意出，实在是无法雇到decent的人。除非founder只
是想骗人/骗钱。作为Engineer，其实package也是对对方公司的一个test。如果没有人
往这个公司里放了stake，大家都是想试试水，极容易干一阵碰到困难就散伙。这个是
我自己的惨痛教训。
