Greetings fellow Amazonians,
As I am going to leave the team, I am going to help my manager Anoop hiring
all level SDEs and also L6 SDMs.
Here are some of the highlights of the team:
Challenge OE burden: Please check our TT queue. We provide enough chances
for you to make a right decision when facing challenges and you will learn a
lot from it.
Varity HCs: Since we have 2 L4, 1 L5 and 1 L6 left the team within last year
, our team provides different levels of position. You will have a
opportunities to derive completed project independently.
Helpful Manager: Our manger is very helpfully. If you have some aspects need
to improve, he will do his best to come up with an improvement plan to help
you improve. He is an expert(master) of Amazon LPs. If you want to continue
dive deep on each LPs, our team will be the best place.. 1point3acres
Good mentorship: We provide senior engineer to mentor you start from the
beginning. They will work with manger together to make sure you get
improvement.
