质问售楼处，他们说不知道窗户小了，是设计师的问题
现在要改需要city of sunnyvale 的 permit change
可是这个窗户并不影响结构，想来问问是真的需要permit吗还是糊弄我呢

发帖数: 1318 | 5 Definitely needs permit. If the window is smaller than required, it may
be a violation of the building code. You can look up the code in library
or contact the city and point the error to the build. They will have to
fix it at their cost.
Be aware, all builders, no matter how reputable they are, use
contractors to build and repair the house. So the construction quality
is not guaranteed. The city will do inspections. But they do a lousy job.
Inspect it yourself during walkin and make the builder fix all problems.
Reputable builders may have good warranties and customer service. They
may fix problems you find in 1 or 2 years -- check your contract for the
exact length of the period.

售楼处说现在如果要改大窗户需要file change of permit |

changes, the permit should be amended.
