另一个HR看到我简历后就打电话说有另一个他找的职位适合我和follow-up email.
在后续的email里有这一条：
"Do NOT contact or apply to __(Company Name)__ directly as we are
representing you for this position."
请问这个CyberCoders 可靠吗？
感觉是HR靠招人提成，是这样子吗？
我不想给CyberCoders个人敏感资料。
当我和真实公司达成工作意向后，可以直接跟工作公司签合同而同时工作公司费钱给
CyberCoders？

过他们现在在MONSTER上几乎是刷屏的，很强大的样子。

是指公司通过他们收到员工的简历，然后公司以后再联系员工？
能说说其他的路？
我最关注的是我不想给CyberCoders个人敏感资料，不想的是CyberCodes成为雇主。

until you get an offer and accept it. Many small companies don't have full
time recruiters so they rely on 3rd party to help them find candidates. Only
drawback is when you get an offer, they will try
to talk you into accepting it ( they can help you negotiate ) but that's
understandable. |

发帖数: 12114 | 7 这个不会。他们只是外包RECRUITER。但是他们可能从雇主那里拿的好处比较多，所以
雇主一般不倾向于雇佣他们介绍来的。个人感觉而已。
