间天花板滴水。而且楼下owner发现出现约20cm长裂纹，水正是从裂纹的地
方漏下来的。一楼owner声称以前没有发现裂纹，但是我不确定裂纹是不是我这次导致
的，还是以前就有（觉得一次漏水就导致楼板裂纹不太可能）。这种情况我该怎么办？
找他要证据证明裂纹确实是这次flooding导致的吗？要怎么赔偿楼下owner？给他们修
天花板吗？还是
要换整个洗手间的楼板？
我是穷人，实在不知道要赔多少钱 :-(, 谢谢献策或答疑。 | s****s
发帖数: 2163 | 2 if it is fault from within your unit, then, yes, it is your responsibility
and you should responsible to repair the damage of unit below you. I assume
you have loan and loan usually require you to carry HO6 insurance. This
insurance should insure you for such liability. So, contact the insurance
first.
if you can prove this is the plumbing that below your unit (say the plumbing
within your unit and the unit below) that cause the issue, then usually, it
is HOA responsibility.
So, usually, the first step is find a plumber to fix the leak and identify
the cause first.
