在华盛顿州爬了几年的山，多次经过Mt Baker，不过从来没有近距离和他接触，这个周
六，趁着难得的好天气，准备到一條從貝克山南侧直上登頂者過夜的High Camp的trail
，Railroad Grade走走看，这条trail的review非常吸引人。要到Railroad Grade
trail，要沿五號公路北上，转20號公路。來到里路标82英里处，转到Baker Lake Rd北
行12英里（turnoff is 0.2 mile after you enter the Mount Baker-Snoqualmie
National Forest），再左转NF12號走3.6英里的石子路（signed "Mt Baker National
Recreation Area")，最後右转進入NF13號走到底，将近5英里，就到达海拔3300英尺的
登山口。虽然NF12和NF13都是石子路，不过路面状况非常好。来到停车场，因为这里有
多条不同的trail （Scott Paul Trail，Park Butt |

ike what you said. In fact, when I was there, I tried to find a narrow spot
along the creek. However, there was no better place to cross the creek. I th
ink timing is important. When I reached the spot on Saturday, It was around
1:00 pm and it was pretty hot. Maybe in the early morning, the current will
be weaker and the water level will be lower. What about your way back? You w
ill be facing the same trouble, won't you

there was enough snow. Yes they are marmots.

calendar recently :). And I have climbed Mt Baker twice already, so it's
really not on the top of my list now. Yes, a ski ascent of Baker would be
frigging awesome.

not counting Little T. Everyone who has climbed Little T counts it,
everyone else doesn't.
