impact the demand. But I think it's pretty sure that the panel and wafer
price will go down further from here.
I was acually confused by some of the market reactions. CSUN, JASO, LDK all
performed better than others. CSUN should be due to Lazar's upgrade today.
LDK : seems currently market perceived valuation may be low. And I also
think market may assume that german domestic producers may be less affected
by the cut. I |

I'm still heavy on SPWRA which has moderate German exposure and looks
ridiculously cheap to me compared with peers and I still have some SOL
shares.
In my view, this subsidy cut is OK. I don't think the expectation was 5-10%.
People are expecting 10-15% cut starting in July. This proposed cut is
nothing close to 2008's Spain, when it cut 1/3 and much more importantly
put a cap of 300mW.
1. One surprise to me is that the cut comes as soon as April.
