This is definitely true for Zimbabwe,Argentina,Greece...
And we all know that it will be a miracle if someone can turn this
mess around, if it does happen,there are two and only two
countries in this world can make it happen:
One is USA: It can define the rule.
One is China: There is no rule.

There is no such miracle as "spend yourself back to prosperity". Plain
impossible.
