utilities. Beware when you sell the home, the depreciation would be
recaptured and not included in the exclusion.
2. SE tax could be reduced by the wage in some cases. So would suggest someone with wage to register the business and file Schedule C.
3. This is a corporation tax issue, no idea. But basically you would need to
meet the "business purpose test", and also tax planning is not tax evasion.
So be careful, the government is slow but not stupid. |

“Here's the bottom line: if you own a business and file a Schedule C with
your Form 1040, you are at least 20 times more likely to be audited than if
you filed as any type of corporation (LLC, S Corp, or C Corp). It will only
cost you a few hundred dollars annually to maintain a corporation and the
hassle factor is really no more than properly maintaining a Schedule C
entity.”
Schedule C

It should have no problem with the forms you have. I do not agree with what
you find online.
C Corp is not a pass through entity and get double taxed. Other Entities are
all taxed in the individual level but orgnized differently and have
different liability limitations.
I cannot answer exactly what you asked and we need to wait for other people'
s help. |
