小时的工资?另一个人同样的工作话上10小时做,你就愿意付十小时的工资?这种奖懒罚
勤的事是没有好结果的.严格的说,表格上的8小时可以说是8小时的预定工作量,你来了,
完成了,就应该拿这点钱.难道领导应该鼓励那些培训的员工没事找事问这问那,硬拖上
三五个小时,然后严格按照实际时间付钱,多付出超过8小时的工资?大家都写一样的时间
,计算起来也方便,省的后来谁再找领导说我的时间算的对还是不对,有没有加错减错,这
样提高效率节省下来的时间也会是很可观的.

I am not sure whether anyone is asking them to punch cards... The person
fixing your car is also charging you based on hourly rate, wonder whether
you ever asked them to punch card. The list is too too long.
