But I would expect it finally becomes a 4-5M property, noticed the buyer

a full cash option. This usually implies a remodel/rebuild follows. |

加州地税相对比较低，都是归功于加州限制房地产税涨幅。左派觉得，限制涨幅这不就
是在照顾穷人吗？
然而后果是富人受益最大，因为富人搬家买房频率低，而加州地税调整只有在买卖时才
能和市场价接轨。
结果就是富人区的地税比例反而低。左派这点脑子想跟看不见的手做对？ |
