如果你学过线性模型理论，从几何的角度看y, x1, x2 这三个向量，你会发现只要他们
的相对位置合适，可以使得 a, b 很小，而(a+b)很大。
用下面的假数据：

SAS run 出来的结果是
R^2(x1)=0.0017, R^2(x2)=0.0005

regression,其中dependent var是「hours needed」，是continuous的，三个
independent var，其中两个是值为0／1的categorical var「daytime_or_not,
weekend_
or_not」，第三个是个continous。简单用excel的regression tool run了一下，怎么r
square只有0.0015，是不是这方法根本就用错了？

. 另外在你所说的情况下，Royal Flash 概率应该是 0.0015% / 10 = 0.00015%， 4
Aces 概率因该是 0.024% / 13 = 0.0018%.
在 Texas Hold 'em 出现 Royal Flush vs 4 Aces 的概率应该小于
( 4 x 44 ) / C (52, 9)
C(52,9) 是 52 张牌里选9张的组合的可能性，也就是 52! / ( (52-9)! * 9! ) = 3.
68E+9.
那么 Royal Flush vs 4 Aces 的概率应该小于 4.78 E-8. 有兴趣的同学，可以去算一
下确切的概率。 呵呵。 |
