记得吗?我们那时候是七位数,最前两位是入学年份,接着的两位是院系编号。本科生
的信箱也是这四位数字组成的。我中学同学说给我写信最方便,信封上只要写“XX大学
XXXX信箱”,不用写路名啊院系啊宿舍楼号啊等等。我当过系里的邮差,就是给班里同
学领信;一个系通常一男一女两个邮差。收发室就是几个大柜子,分成许多格,一格一
个信箱。可惜每个系的四格信箱并不上下对齐,形式不很完美。那时候当邮差很光荣,
同学都追着问有没有信,写信很普遍。现在的信箱大概没落了吧,都电子化了。
一直想搞清楚每个系的编号。在网上一查,发现08年以后入学的,学号变成11位了。院
系编号也从两位升到四位了,说是学号中的4-7位。不知道前面三位是不是入学年份。
收集了网上和我知道的院系编号(以前没有“00”,大概也没有下面这些01XX的院系)

SCA 是 Senate Constitutional Amendment 的缩写。 SCA no. 5 是在加州参议院提出

。这个提案让加州成为全美第一个禁止公立大学以种族因素为录取标准之一的州。(即
仅以成绩为录取标准)在209提案通过后随即很多州跟进,掀起了学校以成绩为衡量标
准的浪潮。
此次SCA 5 是想删除掉209提案中任何提到 “公共教育” 的文字。实质是要求公立大
学考虑种族,性别,族群的因素。
二.谁提出SCA 5, 什么目的?
SCA 5 由 西裔背景的加州 参议员 Ed Hernandez提出。理由是加州大学中”少数族裔
”比例太少,需要宪法允许公立大学录取时候考虑种族背景,平均受教育的权力。

昨天圣地亚哥的华夏中文学校介绍了SCA5.可是我们周围的大部分亚裔朋友还不知道有
这么回事。麻烦您把以下内容转给您的孩子的中文学校或者其他朋友,让我们共同努力
,让我们的众议院们不要牺牲亚裔的利益,让他们在SCA5投票时能够投反对票或至少
弃权。

a***o 发帖数: 3734 | 47 2003 A6 3.0 最近发疯,cel经常亮,亮过一两周就自动灭掉。有时是p0050, o2
sensor heater circuit,有时是p0456, evap small leak. 另一个问题是电池。车开
的时候电压14v,早晨点火的时候经常只有12v,要engine 运行一分钟才升到14v。
是否存在电压不足让cel亮的可能性? 0050和0456这两个一个是测电阻,一个是测压力
,如果供电有问题,读数是不是也有问题而导致cel亮?

一.什么是SCA 5 ?
SCA 是 Senate Constitutional Amendment 的缩写。 SCA no. 5 是在加州参议院提出
的加州宪法修正案 5.
在1996年加州通过了著名的209提案,也叫加州民权提案。 该提案修改加州宪法,禁止
州政府在公务员招募,公共服务合同签订,和公共教育中考虑种族,性别,和族群因素
