etc，时间标记是连续的；
如果加上am/pm标记，am->pm转换，前面数字减12，比如说13:30am = (13-12):30pm =
1:30pm，标记法仍然连续并且一致，没有特例。
那么按照这个规则，11:59am过两分钟，是12:01am，或者0:01pm。结果现在脑残地标记
成12:01pm。难道12:01pm - 2min 不是等于11:59pm么？我擦这个进位小学生都能搞明
白，白人愣是给弄错了。

关于这个am, pm，可以理解成为是午前和午后。正午之前都是am，之后是pm。除了额外
多了一个bit的信息之外，在12:00处也会出现singularity. am也好，pm也好，可以定
义成为左开右闭，也可以定义成左闭右开。所以12:00，既可以定义成am，也可以定义
成pm。更混乱的，是11:59pm-12:00am-12:01am，以及11:59am-12:00pm-12:01pm，数字
连续，但am/pm转换；一个小时之后，12:59am-1:00am-1:01am，以及12:59pm-1:00pm-1
:01pm，am/pm不变但数字不连续。所以一天之中，两次转换am/pm，两次转换数字连续
性，且发生在四个不同的时刻，即半夜、半夜过后一个小时、正午、正午过后一个小时。
相比之下，中国古代12地支，就没有任何混乱。午时三刻，毫无争议的是大约下午12点

00PM是一分钟前，当然应该是中午。好多人都看傻眼了，还有人辩论得都相互骂娘了！
其实，这些讨论都是毫无意义的。
AMPM制度实际上是一种12进制，在12进制里面，是不应该出现12这个数字的。就跟2进
制里不能出现2，五进制里不能出现5一样。
所以，在ampm制度里面，12：00pm是一种错误的写法，12：01pm，12：30am，统统都
是错误的写法。去讨论一个错误的写法，是毫无意义的。
如果ampm制表示时间的时候，坚持不出现12：xx这个数，就再无混淆，当然，还要补充
00：20am，00：05pm，这样的数字。
不过现实中，大家都把本该用00：05pm表示的时间，都用12：05pm来表示。非常多的混
淆就是这样引起的，我怀疑这是百年前某个文科生制定的制度。
在这个操蛋而矛盾的制度里，并没有绝对正确的解释，收你的文件的那个文科生秘书才
是最高权威，她说12：00pm是中午就是中午，是半夜就是半夜。

前阵子，法国最高法院宣判法国农业部关于严管或禁止转基因玉米种植的规定是“违反
欧盟相关规定”的。就此消息，转基因化工公司十分欢喜，挺转派则更是跃试欢腾。可
是，法国农业部官员表示，将收集更多证据支持关于严管或禁止转基因玉米种植的规定
；而欧盟则已通过法案，是否种植由各成员国自己决定，即所谓“违反欧盟规定”之规
定，已成为过时规定了。
更值得注意的是，差不多当时而至今，转基因的“后院”美国，发生了一系列“起火”
事件，进一步宣告转基因神话彻底破产。
据路透社08月31日报道，美国联邦机构地质部门（USGS）长期跟踪调查发现，在美国集
中种植转基因作物的农业区域（大约四个州范围）之河流水系和空气中，都发现足够大

，然后12：01Pm又说是中午过1分钟....etc.
总之，ampm制度，只要不出现12这个最大数字就没有问题。
不过这个制度真的很脑残，我刚刚因此误了一趟飞机。24小时制才是王道。 |
