目前不清楚川普的要求對美中貿易談判有何影響。

香港有多达170万人走上街头，冒着大雨参加了在维多利亚公园举行的大集会。
这是港人连续第11个周末举行反送中活动。俯瞰图像显示，参加集会的民众黑衣撑伞，

中颱「利奇馬」（LEKIMA）逐漸北轉遠離台灣，10日凌晨在浙江省溫嶺市沿海登陸後雖
減為「強熱帶風暴」，卻在中國東部沿海省市出現狂風暴雨，造成嚴重災情，至少有75
萬人被緊急安置，13人死亡、16人失聯，200餘間房屋倒塌。
《新京報》報導，利奇馬颱風帶來的持續性降雨致浙江溫州、台州、寧波大部分城區被
大水淹沒，上千名人員被困。武警浙江總隊官兵已出動500名官兵及60艘舟艇前往救援
，目前已救出被困人員200餘名，搜救仍持續進行中。

應先以「人道方式」化解香港示威抗議。此言明確將和平解決香港抗議和貿易協議掛鉤
，且川普似乎有意會晤中國國家主席習近平。
川普今天在推特發文寫道：「中國當然想要敲定協議。讓他們先以人道方式處理香港問
題。」
「我絲毫不懷疑習主席希望迅速以人道方式解決香港問題，他辦得到。」川普接著寫：
「私下會面？」似乎想直接提供習近平個人協助。

發動報復，不但全面提高對5500億美元中國進口商品加徵關稅，還「下令」美國企業撤
出中國！
