If they did not promise to pay your intl travelling, and you did not fix get visa to re-center USA, it then can be very very very tricky...
Bearing in mind, US has around 1000 univs, while UK has less than 100. Getting a lectureship in UK is more difficult than in US, unless you are really strong in publication. The trick here is, English don't know the head and tail of USA unv rankings, and a PhD |

路， 我去一个叫tocks的montreal deli。 国内没有boar's head， 这家的smoked
meat还算可以。
这地铁， 人山人海， 不足以形容。 人山人海的10th power， no， 100th power。。
。 你们看到过那种猪肉场的图片么？ 就是在fence里， 成群的猪， 拥挤的一点空间
都没有。 就是那种拥挤， 人多，多的一塌糊涂的多。。。

当初选择这家，当然有不少优点：
1.周围朋友推荐的多。我觉得过来人的意见还是挺重要的。自己孩子从小也是和中国孩
子玩，所以想找个亚裔比例高的。我女儿班上三分之二中国孩子，园长也是亚裔，会说
中文。
2.大家众口一词的，推学习，懒妈就省得回家教了。我不太懂蒙校教育理念，但是除了
阅读数学这些，还会教一些生活能力，比如扣扣子、系鞋带。还经常在花园里种个草莓
，教室里养个蝌蚪、小鱼、乌龟什么的，培养孩子的爱心。
3.老师都挺有责任心和爱心。我女儿2岁刚上family care时，哭了快1个月。3岁多换到
这，之前我还担心会不会再哭，结果一次都没哭过，第一个星期去就很喜欢。到现在她
最崇拜的就是她们老师，每天回家有说不完的幼儿园的事，我觉得孩子在幼儿园过得开
心最重要。而开心与否，和老师关联最大。
4.午饭给加热。很多美国幼儿园不给热午饭的，习惯吃中餐，觉得热饭还挺必要的。
去年夏天上的，到现在也发现一些缺点：
1.放假多。2月25号是他们的100th day of school。从去年9月开学，差不多6个月时间

已经开了2次public meeting了，搞了多个展台介绍几种划分方案，很多人去了。第一
方案就是，405以西，100th Ave以东，NE 12th St以南，Main St以北，划出去。这样
，98004的condos/apts就大部分划出去了。为了安慰一下大家，还说会让Bellevue
High的校长去Sammamish High当校长。
美国人还是很fair的，你这个区急剧造楼让学校容纳不了，那就请你出去吧。（否则这
