You could have some tax savings though, depending on your situation, that
may compensate you for the down payment.
Overall, this is not attractive at all. In many parts of the nation, you can
find a property that costs 100x or less than the monthly rent, which
traditionally is the criteria for real estate investment.

考虑到P上市1年后 马公能卖股的时候。上市那天你可以100x, 但5年下来你就拉下来了。
P估计16年前半年上市。当然联储15年上半年要是调利息处理不当，估计股市就会被打
回原形，如果这样基本上P要推迟上市。在联储下手之前file IPO太risky
有人会说hot IT 不能用这个rule,其实你去看看groupon/zynga/etc这几个早年风骚的
startup，你就用明白了了。只有少数公司可以例外： fb是social老大，执行能力很强
；lnkd ceo太能吹；twtr是上市的时候钻了sec filing rules的空子，现在已经在调整了
我查了几个数据，除了yelp之外我都不意外。twtr估计半年内就得到10以下

，也是25%是VC的。这两轮加起来占一半。
之前还有两轮的融资5千万，至少占10%。好了，VC的占60%。
剩下的40%不知道能有多少是码农们的？
2013年创立，员工一到五千人，不知道有多少是码农。按照CxO高管100X的定律，高管
吃定39.6%的，码农们喝剩下0.4%的汤，假定码农100人，每人十万分之四，也就是，3*
4*10^9/10^5，大概平均12万左右的汤可以喝。如果沃尔玛够意思，给点金手铐不让人
跑了，可能多拿一点。

上次 BSO 之后，主要的新动向是夏天残酷的太阳开始
狠毒起来了。坚持4天浇一次水开始暴露某些边角地方
的出水比均匀情况。特征就是草会卷叶子，然后很快黄
掉。调整了很多次，还是不能完全去掉这个局部干枯情
况。增加喷水频率效果也不好。于是现在改为每次喷水
那天用水龙头在干的那几个点补一下妆。再次强调一下，
草坪浇水均匀超级重要，例如整个草坪只有三个点浇水
是其他的 50%。如果完全依赖自动系统，不想草黄的话
就要多浇一倍的水才能让那三个点得到正常水量。
所以完美系统应该有 > 3 喷头覆盖每个点才比较保险。
我的 dry spot 就是边上局部有个别地方是两个覆盖的，
结果现在就是不省心。痛心疾首啊。
然后现在改用 Gilmour 362 接到软管上喷铁和液氮肥了。
那个 back pack sprayer 已经废弃了。 Gilmour 省了很多
麻烦，出水也很快，真正喷的时候 2-3 分钟就完了，比 back
pack sprayer 快太多了，而且清洗也容易。价钱 1/5 左右。

鉴别。用 50x，100x 就完全够用了。高倍数点的解刨镜
也行。
真皮的表面有很多自然的裂纹。假的纹路多数是处理出来的，
放到显微镜下就彻彻底暴露出来了。表面用了什么工艺
处理过也是比较容易看出来的。
实战经验表明，不是皮革味道大的就是真皮。有些皮革味道
大的还就是假的。假的质量还不错就是了。 |

because it cloaks something that does not harm, or, at least, has not been
proven to be harmful. if the chance for you to get hurt by such radiation is

increment of your account, you have to find new strategy to make you to
