首先声明我不是材料问题专家，我的超导捷径也不用特种化合物，而是替代方案。
超导的目的是以零电阻，或零压降传导超大电流，最终获得超强感应磁场，以满足各方
面应用，如：高能粒子加速器、磁悬浮、等等。
传统方案就是拼材料配方，普通金属虽可实现超导，但需要冷却到稍高于宇宙极限低温
（-273℃）的环境，这么苛刻的要求，显然无法经济地满足。
于是全球的材料学家，纷纷研究如何搭配天底下的可用元素，寻找实现常温下就能超导
的终极“仙丹”。找啊找，实在找不到，能提高一度算一度，总算得一配方：钇钡铜氧
，达到液氮低温（-196℃）可支撑的环境。
就算达到液氮温度也没啥大不了，实际应用中，要长时间维持这么低温的环境，耗能代
价不菲，且超低温制冷机组，体积庞大，造价昂贵！
理想的常温超导，应是无源器件。但实际可用的超导器件都变成了有源的，即离不开外

如果pay monthly,利率 4.50％
被告知每次付 $1023.50 (monthly)
monthly的钱很好计算。但我就搞不懂这个biweekly 利率低，怎么要付得更多？
我自己计算如果每两周付$496.86的话，
if N=26x30 (number of weeks), PMT= -496.86 (each payment), PV=202000, FV=0.
The I/Y x 26 would be
4.95% per year, not the 4.25% it claims.
