云老师发了个贴说清华目前的找人标准，很多人不相信。特地调研了一下清华生命学院
最近回去的人的情况，如云老师所说，绝大多数都有2cns，如果只有一篇cns，那基本
上还有>2的子刊。这个不仅仅局限于胖老师经常说的结构生物学，而是所有方向都基本
如此。
当然这些新回去的绝大部分都是千青（有些不是的是因为回去那一年千青还没开始）。
网页上的Title有的是教授，有的是研究员，估计当时还没有统一。但校内一律都是副
教授，也就是相当于这边的AP。我还特地打听了一下，国内的TT制度好像没有Tenured
Associate这一档，清华5年考核通过了就是正经的full professor。
有些老师看不上国内的科研，我就仅列出两位回国后的publication，咱就不说颜宁等
这种Early T的个例了。说两个没太有名气的，还没有评上T的，各位老师可以参考一下

10月25日，内蒙古自治区统计局发布最新统计公告：今年以来，内蒙古宏观经济朝
着协调、强劲、可持续的方向发展，呈现出经济增长平稳较快、三次产业协调发展的运
行态势，前三季度共完成生产总值9590亿元，同比增长15%。
其中，第一产业完成增加值412亿元，同比增长4.1%；第二产业完成增加值5731亿
元，同比增长18.2%；第三产业完成增加值3447亿元，同比增长11.8%。经济运行主要呈
现如下特点：
农业生产形势良好，牧业生产保持平稳。今年，全区设施农业、高效农业得到大力
推广，农业正朝着精细化、规模化、效益化、现代化的方向发展，我区将迎来又一个历
史上的粮食高产年。前三季度，全区禽蛋和牛奶产量分别为31.5万吨和 610.1万吨，分

never priced rain boots before I ran a Target thread about a week back, and
there was a bunch of people cancelled on Hoping this helps them-there are
some pretty nice styles for the $25 bucks. Hard to price shop these as they
arent widely available. But Victoria Safari and Leopard seems pretty pricey
(90+) elsewhere.

今天大盘在中间，突然反转向下，
打破我的直奔 1130 的初始想法。
看来，为了更好地向上，要先下一下了。
今天就不上图图了，经过测算，
死皮这一波要去： 1046 ～ 1047，
然后，反弹，继续北上。
如果死皮非要跟桃花岛作对的话，不听话的情况：
跌破 1027，。。大家就各安天命吧。。。牛牛逃命去吧。
当然，死皮跌破 1027 属于超小概率事件：比如：
世界大战啦，大瘟疫啦，火星撞地球啦。。。。。
还有一个 40% 概率的最理想状况。，
就是，如果明后天小幅上下震荡，
跌不破 1060，或者说，止于 week 线 sma 7 的话，
星期四，或许借助“好的 GDP 数据”大幅反弹。
有时侯，生活需要激情，股市需要想象力。
那么，这个绝地大反弹，就是，精彩演绎。牛牛不怕 。 |

结晶了构成大肠杆菌排出泵的细胞膜蛋白以获得这项研究结果。他们准备了一些包含铜
和银重金属毒性的样品和不含这些重金属的样品
研究者采用X射线结晶学比对样品的不同结构，区分样品的差异，阐述从细胞移走重金
属毒性的机制。这篇文章详细的描述了CusA的晶体结构，CusA构成了细菌移出毒性物质
泵的三分之一。Yu认为CusA是一个属于抗小结分裂蛋白超家族的膜内运输器，由1047个
氨基酸构成，贯穿内膜12次,Yu在概述中说，这些泵的作用是识别并将这些毒性物质快
速的排出细菌细胞，所以细菌可以在毒性的极端环境下生存。
