发帖数: 189 | 1 我去年给小孩用了奥巴马care，因为最后拿到的1095a有问题，打电话要求修改后一直
没给修改好。后来我就在turbtax 提交了一个extension。那个表到现在还是没给我修
改好，打了好几次电话了还是没有。我已经放弃了，准备就用这个错的表了，吃亏就吃
亏了。
但我发现，我当时file 延期时，好像没有延期州税的。联邦税退了六千多。我以为我
可以退州税的。现在变成要补交了。这种情况该怎么办？

较严重的错误，怎么办？还能更改吗？今天打电话，工作人员说我只能appeal 了，时
间好像要90天！难道就再改不了了吗？大家帮帮忙，如果我appeal,拿今年报税是不是

HCC does not provide a MA1099 or 1095A tax form. The regulations surrounding
ACA are only for certificates that have a duration of 365 days are more.
Our STM and International Medical Insurance policies are not a major medical
plan and are considered limited duration since the maximum term for either
policy type is 364 days. For more information we always suggest to contact
