收到的这3个收费：
clinic $2,112-- code 11042--debridement
clinic $341.25--code 99212--office visit
vascular study $1,085--code 93922--vasular study
我在另外一个连接上看到的Coding Guidelines：
1. Active wound care, performed with minimal anesthesia is billed with
either CPT code 97597 or
97598.
*2. Debridement of a wound, performed before the application of a topical or
local anesthesia is
billed with CPT codes 11042 - 11047

，把表层那些死细胞去掉，这个可不可以争取billed with CPT code 97597 or 97598
，因为是minimal anesthesia ?
还有一个问题是现在不知道97597的价格能比11042低多少呢？我们如果这样和医院去谈
，会不会把他们惹毛了，过两天再寄一张别的帐单？
现在感觉心里特别没底，去了一个小时的office visit,不知道这个窟窿有多大？。。

/ Southern State Parkway instead. |
