机场项目，总投资约510亿元。这已经是10月以来，国家发改委批复的第七批基建项目
。据媒体统计，截至目前，今年以来国家发改委批复稳增长的各项基础设施建设投资项
目资金总额超万亿元。
专家认为，铁路等基础设施建设的投资将会对我国未来的经济发展起到支撑作用，并且
基础设施投资将会对稳增长、稳投资起到有力的推动作用。而此次的万亿元投资项目是
在新常态下以新的投资方式来促进经济发展。但仍需警惕可能造成的投资过剩，资源集
中使用，效率不高甚至浪费的现象。
今年以来，铁路项目的投资无疑成为了国家发改委批复项目的“大户”，截至27日，发
改委所批复的铁路项目投资金额已达11165.39亿元，万亿元的铁路投资规模也使得铁路
投资项目成为了此前发改委明确将重大工程建设作为定向调控重要抓手的关键一环。除
铁路投资项目以外，发改委还在机场、码头方面的基础设施建设上批复了多个项目。
专家表示，此前的投资大多数投向了重工业和房地产，而今年的投资项目主要落脚在民

发帖数: 1 | 9 今天中午说，收盘价格如果高于11110点就会突破长期趋势，高于11165点就会突破短期
趋势，结果今天收盘收于11118点，正式的突破长期趋势，距离短期趋势的突破不到50
个点。如果长期趋势和短期趋势都突破了，仓位就应该加到满仓，即便你之前有理由看
空，趋势是最后的方向，做空的最后的防线。
今年最大的问题是分化，我发现有一部分投资者其实并不是不理解我说的大小盘股均衡
配置，而是由于前面坚持做小盘股，然后小盘股一直亏，一直坚持一直亏，一直亏就不
敢不坚持，怕涨的时候落下。这样坚持到现在这里，就已经不敢不继续坚持了。所以这
已经不是应不应该平衡大小盘股的问题，而是不敢面对，怕换了大盘之后，小盘股再起
来，两头错。
对此我表达两点：1、大家要清醒的认识，这其实并不是核心。仓位才是核心，如果大
盘是上涨的，均衡配置能起到平衡的作用，仓位的核心才能凸显出来。也不会出现涨了
指数不涨钱，只有全部小盘或全部大盘才可能会出现大盘涨了不赚钱的情况。如果你认
识到仓位才是核心，大小盘的分配其实没那么重要，也就不会太在意分化的问题。深思
一下，对么？
