发帖数: 39120 | 2 7月5日，长沙的大三学生小郭碰上了一件蹊跷事，来自10086的短信不断涌入她的手机，内容都是同样的流量查询信息。一天时间，她已经收到上万条同样的短信。然而事情似乎还远远没有结束，中国移动10086客服称，截至7月6日下午5点多，还有将近50万条短信等待下发给她的号码，待发短信数量正以每秒数百条的速度上升。
24小时收到一万多条短信
小郭是中南林业科技大学的大三学生。7月5日早上8点多，她还在寝室休息，突然被连续的手机短信铃音吵醒。她起床一看，一条来自10086的手机流量查询短信正反复发来。
以为是手机出了故障，小郭重启，发现短信依然不断发来。小郭怀疑是手机中毒了，就借来同学诺基亚手机。“但还是一样的，那条短信一遍一遍地发来。”小郭说，同学的诺基亚手机不是智能机，但还是会不断收到信息。
“手机不停响，本来电池就不耐用，现在充了电不到两个小时就耗完了。”这样的情况，严重地影响到了小郭的正常生活。
无奈之下，小郭将手机开成了静音，下载了一款有屏蔽短信功能的软件，将10086的短信屏蔽。
“声音是没有了，但可以看到那条短信还是在不断发来。”小郭说，她拨打了中国移动的客服热线，将情况进行了反馈。... 阅读全帖 |

好像这里置顶的paypal是ACP （Association of Chinese Professionals；
j*******[email protected]； http://www.acp-atlanta.org )现在的PAYPAL地址。这个和168那个网站的paypal 好像是不一样的。可能是不同的组织。从168网站捐的人可以去那个网站问, 帖子还在那里，好像在讨论用什么形式公布捐款明细好：
