读硕士不到一个月。早上好像是一门公共政策分析课，课开始的很早 （八点半？）。
课上了一半的时候，有两个二年级班的人风风火火的冲进来，这两人我认识是TA，大家
都诧异他们为什么这么冒昧。只见他们和教授耳语几句，就打开了教室的大屏幕电视，
霎然，屏幕上显示出纽约双子塔的航拍实况，两栋楼都在冒烟。一个女生（到现在还记
得，叫robin)，一屁股坐在了地上嚎啕大哭起来。还有不少同学开始打手机。说实话我
当时是比较麻木的，因为听说过世贸以前被炸过一次，所以也没想到这个会有多严重，
以为就是炸弹之类。而且当时刚从国内来，脑子尽是国内被环球时报洗脑过的反美帝思
想，思想的深处还有点幸灾乐祸的。那天我好像还忙着去international office办理在

比中国公司多多了啊。碳税不是只收外国公司的。
正如北京飞美国的航线，你要交下列税费，中国公司从来没有打嗝啊。
中国政府也没有说要对等收这些钱。这些钱中，US是按票价比例，其它
是固定数额。
