。 一楼有一个很大的deck，三楼的房有一个很大的walk-in closet.
离Malden center orange line 0.7mile,走路大概10-12min，门口也有好几路bus经停
。周围不远就有stop shop, super 88, CVS,applebee什么的，交通很方便。周围
neighbor 也很好，比较安全。

入住.二楼或者三楼，每层后面连有一个deck. Gas heating。离Malden center orange
line 走路大概10min，门口也有104, 105路bus经停。周围不远就有Stop-shop, Super
88, CVS, Wal-green, Applebee, bank of America什么的，交通很方便。周围
neighbor 也很好，比较安全。有一个停车位，或者街趴，不需要city permit，不在主
街上，趴位比较充足。
主客房和客厅都非常大 (12x14) 房间二和三都是相同的大小: 12x10,
很大的厨房，还有一个半个卧室大的office.
橙线可直达东北大学，suffolk university等学校，，MGH, 还可直达back bay，
Prudential, chinatown等重要购物地区。希望你是：爱干净、不抽烟、自身素质、修

可以这么想，你现在已经付了7个月，每个月交$2000块，我现在给你做一个14年5个月
的Refinance，那么每个月现在只需要交$1900块，最后总共省的钱就是100X(12X14+5)=
$17300. |

We re-model masterbath(12x14) and hallwaybath(7x10).
Did stone floor and shower wall, around jacuzzi, add lighting, hardware, toto washlet
and heated floor.
Labor cost like 3500+ with Chinese took them 2 weeks and American guy asked for 6000. .
Material is about the same as labor, we used very simple marble and kept old jacuzzi in masterbath and cast iron in hallway bath.
