，习近平对这场“大批判”很生气，并亲自叫停。近日，有媒体披露，该事件皆因中宣
部各大系统主管为各自仕途，欲借此争先讨好习近平，但最后演变成一场竞相“高级黑
”的丑剧。目前各部门正推卸责任、互相指责。
据海外明镜邮报报导，中宣部一名匿名官员透露，中纪委正将中宣部几个主要官员列为
调查重点，有的涉嫌贪腐、违规违法的事实基本查实，并已经上报政治局，现在正待习
近平批准抓捕；有的正在调查落实之中。
该匿名官员还透露，这次对任志强的围攻，正是中宣部的一名高官下令让网信办（中央
网络安全和信息化领导小组办公室）出面大打出手。网信办因此而引起公愤，堪称千夫

南海仲裁结果公布后，7月14日，中共历史学者纪连海发微博称，就南海问题，中美若
真的开战，中国可牺牲十亿人口。其狂妄言论曝光后，立即引发大陆网民猛烈抨击。
7月12日，海牙国际法庭常设仲裁法院就菲律宾提出的南海仲裁案做出裁决，称在九段
线内中方没有“历史权利”宣称主权。此结果公布后，中共官媒称“不接受、不承认”
这一裁决。
7月14日，纪连海在其微博上称：“南海仲裁的结果虽然已经出来了，但问题在于，美
国有那个胆量公然闯进被非法强行划给菲越两国的海域么？若不敢，南海仲裁便真的是
废纸一张；若胆敢，中国将不惜一战。战争如若真的爆发，中国即使牺牲十亿人口，仍

此前，曾以核恐吓闻名的中共国防部朱成虎少将也曾口出狂言说，在中共攻打台湾时，

毛岸英是中共前党魁毛泽东的长子，一直以来都被官方「神化」宣传。中共军旅作家武
立金所着《毛岸英在朝鲜战场》一书，提供了不少毛岸英的详细资料。虽然该书作为中
共所宣扬的「主旋律」文学，试图歌颂毛岸英，但书中有意无意透露出的5个细节，却
还原了真实的毛岸英。
一、来去随意做工作浅尝辄止
毛岸英1946年初从苏联回国，到1950年10月赴朝鲜战场，近5年多时间里，工作岗位飘
忽不定，也没在哪方面做出扎实的业绩。
官方提起毛岸英经常大书特书的一段经历，是上「农业大学」。但书中却提到：「毛岸
英刚回到延安，毛泽东要求他跟随农民劳模吴满有学农活。这段日子，其实只有五十多
天，充其量也就是一个乡村夏令营而已」。
进北京后，毛岸英给中央社会部（情报机关）部长李克农做秘书兼翻译，却在这个岗位
上态度散漫。通常秘书工作非常忙碌，没有自己的时间。但毛岸英在1950年5月初却有
一次悠闲的长沙探亲。「这次南下是公私兼顾，他随苏联代表团来到武汉，给李克农当
了几天翻译后便匆匆赶往长沙探亲」。

我手动查到了我case number前后一共16个pp case。
A. 大概是10%的case直接file 140 + PP；
B. TSC每个月大概收到375份140；
C. 如果直接PP和追加PP一半一半的话，TSC在给定时间内其实也就30个案子待处理。
规律如下
1. 收到PP的第二天有LUD。
2. 一般来说PP后4-5天会有第二个LUD，时间一般在下午1点之后。 表明案子已经
assign给了移民官。几乎所有案子在第二个LUD的那天都会有结果。如果被批的话，当
天晚上（第二天凌晨）网上状态就会更新为案子已批，notice寄出。如果被rfe的话，
相应时间会显示变成了request for evidence。如果第二次LUD后第二天网上还是现实
initial review，基本上是被NOID了。
