事件发生于4月23日晚11时50分，一居住素里151街(151st St.)8300号路段的华裔家庭，被至少两个十余岁少年在前园纵火。据素里骑警发言人格兰杰(Drew Grainger)周二(10日)表示，当时屋里有3人看电视，其中一人听到屋外嘈杂声，见到一少年逃跑，接着发现屋外着火。
警缉两个少年
户主曾尝试自行灭火，但不果，遂打电话报警。由于火势不大，消防员到场很快扑灭，但车房门已被薰黑。经初步调查，格兰杰说，疑人深宵犯案，显然以为人们已经入睡而不易察觉起火;但该家庭成员当时在看电视，方才察觉户外的可疑者纵火。

这个小房子四年增值40万，房东发大了！
不过房东还是太短视了，没有看到主升浪即将到来。这个房子再过6年起码是150万。
西海岸的房子，目前是全世界在买，不看到这个趋势，只看到西雅图地区的工资水平那
是不行的。
国内目前在西海岸买房的大多是60后，就这么点人已经把西海岸房价抬的很高了。
但是广大70后和80后的富人，大部分还没有动作因为孩子还小。等10年后80后的孩子要
来美国读书了，那个波澜壮阔我操！！随便卖掉一套北京上海的房子就行了。
我们正在经历世界中心向太平洋转移的伟大时代，波澜壮阔赶上了历史的巨变。要敏锐
