小区/neighbor hood环境十分优美、安全、干净、舒适。设施齐全：网球场、游泳池。
屋内washer/dryer,fireplace,balcony, 很大的储物空间，很大的衣橱，很大的厨房，
很干净的卫生间，上下两层格局（属于本小区乃至附近若干creek小区最高档最大最受
欢迎的户型），living room+bedroom furnitured. 停车位充足for free.
缺点：

一层是客厅，大家共用，有沙发和饭桌。
二层3间卧室和一个大的卫生间，里面有storage room。
二层还有洗衣房，洗衣服非常方便，不必拖着一堆衣服走很远。而且只有家里人用，也

整个公寓中央空调，暖气，冬夏都很舒服。
如果有车，街上可以免费停车。

Sq站走路20min，有学校的shuttle直接从地铁站到家门口），爸爸在NYC上班，周五晚
上回来，周日晚上走。
白天孩子上幼儿园，下午5点半放学。如果是住家保姆的话，希望你能接送孩子（步行
到daycare大约15min），白天的时间你可以自由安排。
如果parttime的话，不需要接送孩子（或者您愿意的话，也可以）。
想找一个parttime或者住家的保姆，主要负责做晚饭（中饭不用，因为妈妈基本都在单
位），看孩子晚上6点到9点这段时间（孩子9点就睡觉了），以及平时如果生病（孩子
生病非常少，这个冬天只生病一次在家呆了两天）白天的照顾。parttime的保姆按小时
结算。
这个工作我们需要5月中旬或月底开始，最少需要你能做半年。 |

位），看孩子晚上6点到9点这段时间（孩子9点就睡觉了），以及平时如果生病（孩子
生病非常少，这个冬天只生病一次在家呆了两天）白天的照顾。parttime的保姆按小时
结算。
这个工作我们需要5月中旬或月底开始，最少需要你能做半年。

离University of Texas Austin 很近很近很近。交通巨方便。。。。
North campus， 45街guadalupe交界,学校Intramural Fields边， 2bed-1bath中一间
，位于3楼，楼下有投币洗衣房，隔壁就有Walgreens，后门有IF校车，1M/1L/101公交,
5路公交， 可到学校 (15min 左右) 和downtown，338路两站 或走路15分钟可至最近
的HEB central market，1M/1L可至中国超市，东面车程3分钟也有HEB，斜对面是
triangle。 房间内家具基本都在，因为实习结束会搬家，家具基本都不带走，租到7月

共交通。
房子情况：3室1.5卫，end unit，3楼。新装修过，墙也是新刷的，厨房里的微波炉，
灶都很新。窗子很大很敞亮。厨房里柜子的空间和房间里壁橱的空间很多。另外还有一
个独立的storage room。有中央空调，洗碗机。
小区情况：24/7的免费健身房，烧烤架子和野餐桌子，residential club等。小区的学
区属于westside/district66，10分的小学。小区维护得很好，有专人维护修理。
转租情况：转租的时间从7月1日到10月31日四个月。10月31日之后，还可以续约，每月
，6个月，一年都行。房租我们现在付$955，其中包括除了电费之外的所有utility费用
。转租的租金是$855，一直到10月31日为止。
