15ppl firm for two years and then joint us as a senior. she is not cpa. but
she used the same software as we use and does a good job. another licensed
cpa with 3 years experience in kpmg joint us this year as a staff, not
senior, because she only did provision review at kpmg so her skill is very
narrow. so it really depends on your skill set. we are not big 4 but we are
considered "big" firm. |
