第一周:
周二:3x1600m 间歇1分钟,失败了,只跑了1.6个1600m,加上warm-up和cool down共
跑了7公里
周四:10公里(含3公里short
tempo)
周日:21公里 long run @4:50/km
Cross training:周一和周六masters swimming各一小时,周六滑雪3小时。

来了一个新同学,小孩儿,比我们游得都快,自由泳直线能追上她,但是转身的时候,
她一个flip turn就没影了。
自由泳摆臂的时候,肩膀转动过大。训练打水的时候,腿部并拢。仰泳的时候,头太低
了,脸容易被水没,下巴收一些,冲刺的时候注意节奏,一个胳膊入水以后,另一个胳
膊才出水。 |

f*****s 发帖数: 33 | 28 看了下债务,基本这次换股搞定了一半左右的债务,这意味着在未来的5年可以少还本
息1000M左右,保证了公司5年的经营。同时公司换股后总股本大概在3M。目前的价位总市值只有
50多M。
而债权人换了750M左右的债。。换取了50%的股权。我妄自揣测了一下。。就算他们只
想收回一半的成本。
那公司总市值也到达700M左右.也就是说至少市值还要比现在涨10倍。所以我认为这是个
有搞头的公司长线来说。
当然这样的分析并不涉及什么基本面。但是我个人认为还有一定的根据。
公司2008年的总资产在1600M而总负债在1300M。所以就算破产清盘应该也能收回50%以上的成
本。
同意换股应该是有利可图的。外加换股条件中包括了每年用于还剩下欠债50M最多的条款。以
及保证经营所需现金的条款。我认为在未来5年内公司是安全的不会破产的。
所以本小蝌蚪决定在20元以下分期买入。并将GGC纳入长线股行列
请各位大牛指点下小蝌蚪哪儿想错了。 |

Michigan。
Mon bouldering 2.5h. I was only doing some V1+ trying to get back in shape
after my injury in Feb. My right shoulder is completely recovered and I was
able to do some real dyno. However, my left shoulder is still loose. It was
really nice climbing with Jessie and Erica and I got some suggestions from
them. It's inspiring to see girls doing V4+!
