\usepackage{multicol} to enable three columns across the page, and
just fill up this page. Then:

I built a 16x12 deck by myself. However, when I saw this, I felt that mine
was nothing.
Just curious, pressure-treated wood is very "green". Usually it takes at
least half a year to let them dry before stain or paint. Was the stain that
you used special?

在新州 房子 seller 的要价很高 比刚刚close 同类型的房子(good move in
condition) 还多要了10% (看listing price 简直就是满天要价)
可是房子的 move in condition 很差 一定需要装修才能入住
因为还比较想要这个房子 所以想知道要是装修 需要多少钱 一个是好去讲价 另一方面
是得准备出这笔钱来 毕竟买完房之后不富裕
想请教有经验的人 这样的房子 这些装修下来要多少钱
不是handyman 也因为上班没时间自己做这些 只能请人来做 只要简洁大方 不求奢华时髦
估计时间也不允许 等deal 找deal 请大家就给个正常价格
看房子的时候大概记得这些:

电钻本身不错。我用了一年半,做过很多项目,包括一个16x12的deck.没问题。Ni电池
