regulations (18662-1 through 18662-14).
As a result of this California tax regulation, xxxxx is required to withhold
7% tax from payables for services rendered in the State of California,
unless the business entity is qualified for an exemption, waiver or
reduction of tax.

我不知道这样做对不对，我也不知道我这样做能证明什么。我也不想再去理论韩寒
告我去法庭的真实用意，我觉得真正在侵害你韩寒利益的是方舟子，你没有理由把我也
带上，我只是挂着马甲在网上说了几句我该说的话而已，可能是恰巧我和你有些瓜葛，
知道的稍微多一点，你现在怕了是吗？你当初通过人际关系挤兑我的时候的神气劲到哪
去了？你现在干嘛把我告上法庭去了现在又撤诉啊？说实话我原本并不准备与你撕破脸
皮的，但你做的实在有点过份，你告我干嘛？我现在就想问你，经不起你身边的人唆使
是吧？你真的以为我会像他们所说的那样只要把我告上法庭败诉了，我以后再站出来说
些什么就不会再有人信了是吧？

另外escrow公司就是他们不负责帮我withhold，一切需要我和seller商量怎么withold
balabal
请问我需要问seller填写什么表格，来免除我需要withold这个要求吗？房子是short
sale，看样子他是主要居住在那边的。
