晚五反应了大多数人的作息，那夏时制也更合理。。。冬至那天8:18am sunrise, 5:
53pm sunset，上班前一小时太阳出来，下班后一小时太阳落山，一头一尾各有一小时
。。。冬时制显然早上天亮的时间被浪费了
这里假设天朝的朝九晚五是合理的 |

跑得我自己都不知道跑了多少圈圈了，一开始还试图数圈，后来发现根本就数不清楚，
就让305去自己记忆吧。只要记住每一或者两英里reset一下lap,and also
reverse running direction。跑到9点结束，数了数，82圈。

上三次在这片林子中坐大树，两次看见一只公鹿从距离我60米的地方慢慢走过，他对我
的call和decoy都不做反应，所以无法把我的GrimReaper broadhead送进他的心房。猎
人要有耐心忍耐，猎人要有观察力，猎人要有行动力。于是昨晚天黑后，我把
treestand挪到了大约他走过的地方，climbing stick + hanging treestand with

1. 5:10AM和小龙去大巴站, 5:15AM上车。
2. 15麦的车程，我们7:06AM还在车上，比赛原定7:24开始。其他BUS上许多人都下车走了。从那个地方到起点还有一个1麦多30度的大长坡。高速路边那几棵树这次施的肥估计可以抵上好几年了。更绝的是我们车上有个哥们和司机打个招呼，拿着瓶子在车子前面就解决了。车上twitter实时转播，比赛推迟20分钟开始。
3. 7:18AM终于到了，那一条路是比赛赛道。厕所在路左边，起跑在路右边。大家可以想象一下开跑后有多混乱。厕所还严重短缺。
4. 比赛结束后要走2麦，要走一个大下坡到santa monica beach。组织者被我和小龙一路骂死，所以导致照片也没拍。。。
组织的比较烂，可能是没经验吧，但是沿路的观众还是很赞的。
离开LA三年多，感叹就是amigo越来越多，高速越来越堵。 |

simple report on my race experience.
The carb-loading at Saturday night was great and quite a success. I was not
hungry even after the race.
In the race morning, even I stayed at Aniu's place and got there before 5:
30am, I started at 6:18am ( 4:30 wave) due to the long line for the pit.
Here comes the time split.
