, I water a lot for a short time and then die out for a while, there are
different times....BTW, I rarely really need my boss to tell me to do
anything including scientifically...but she has been doing well periodly
reminding me there is a deadline...for the first two yrs, I put in anywhere

发帖数: 12 | 6 I have done twice from MO to Salt Lake City by myself, 1300 miles. One time 18hrs. The other time about 20~21 hrs since my wiper was broken in the rain. Ate in the Car, had a lot of coffee. Very sleepy and physically tired in the last couple of hrs. Almost laid down in the seat. And stayed in bed for almost 3 days after the trip at the second time.
There wasn't much traffic at night.It can be done, but not recommended.
Prepare some extra gas and buy $$$$$$$ life insurance if going to do it. |

宝宝是女兔宝宝，算来已经过去四个多月了，主要是去年怀孕出差
onsite孕糖尿生孩子换工作搬家事情太多，最近才终于有点空。
攒一起写，长又唐，见谅。

孕期：
头胎，怀孕前33+，身体健康经常运动，几乎差不多是最fit的时期
了吧。。一开始都顺利，从未有spotting，第一次B超听见bb强劲的
心跳激动不已，虽然172 bpm觉得有点快有点担心，ob说并不严重也
就不管了。原本胃口很好，到了7-9周突然什么都不喜欢吃，有一周
完全只能吃素，掉了6磅。早上只吐过一次，部分原因吃了不好的食
品。过了第10周胃口就回来了，居然习惯了持续性的恶心，很能吃
，口味有些变化从对甜食没兴趣变成爱吃冰激淋。
前六个月都保持每周2-3次的健身运动，7、8月后逐渐减少到一周一
次游泳。其他所有检查都正常，预产期本来是9.23，但1hr血糖没过
，3hr也没过。主要仍是1hr那个点太高，但还不到用胰岛素的程度
，只好开始检测扎指头控制饮食尤其carb摄取。这个过程持续了两

值还很勉强
所以觉得很奇怪有那么多宝宝睡得那么多呀，才能把平均值拉得这么高

就算牺牲privacy, 来写个总回顾。感慨抒情以下先，那是多么难忘的第一次住院经历
啊。 生个宝贝真是九死一生， 一点都不夸张哦。
Chapter 1: 预产期前1天17号，好像她知道我终于不上班， 可以迫不及待的出来了
。 先是出血，出现宫缩， 开始进入labor stage 1 (latent phase)。好疼啊，从来没
有过痛经（考点：prostaglandin, tx NSAIDs）, 对这种痛实在不能忍受。去医院，医
学院附属，有医学生，intern, resident, attending。 告知宫开一指， ok, 回家 （
考点： 宫开 3-4指收入院，上epidural 也是宫开4指； 另外，stage 1, active
phase, cervical dilated>=3cm）。
Chapter 2: 好不容易过了一个晚上，第二天再上医院，该收我了吧，疼得实在不行
