filling as well.
I believe there a lag between hiring and green card filing. Very few
company would file for perm on day one. normally, there's a 12-24 month
delay, 18month should a reasonable average. so last year(FY 2010)'s
E2ROW reflects calendar year 2008's actual hiring. calendar year 2009
and 2010 were the worst year for jobs, that means fy 2011 and fy2012
will have significant number of ROW SO.

approved. Unfortunately, PD relink only happens in I-140, so lz won't be
able to file new i140 together with 485 if EB2C moves after his/her previous
PD but is still not current. Adding another 5months for I140, that's gonna
be another 18months after he/she takes the new job.

PD按我google的理解是指140批了以后，你SUBMIT PERM(ETA FORM 9089)那个日子。注
意必须是140批了，所以我不太清楚你EB3 PERM批了，但是不交EB3 140,继续搞eb2
perm 140,是否还能relink EB3 PERM.
另外PERM过程是指：
1. Prevailing Wage Determination (1.5 to 2 months)

一般, EB3: Level I, EB2, Level II，也可能EB3 level III, IV,取决于你的job

#1：一进去就局的吵得不行，原来门口就是一群 pre-schoolers 在看电视，音量很大
。在里面就是Infants班，Infant班和 preschooler班之间没有完全隔开，有个可以随
意开关的到膝盖的小门。我在那里跟Ｉｎｆａｎｔ的老师聊天的时候，几个
preschooler 都跑到了infant这边来玩。 １个老师５个ｉｎｆａｎｔｓ, 最大可以
到2岁半。老师聊起来觉得挺 nice, 但她手里作手工的明晃晃的剪刀把我吓着了，我的
奶奶哟，她去给一个孩子换尿布的时候，那剪刀就明晃晃的放在小矮桌上，我脑子里按
捺不住的回放一个镜头：1岁半的小孩跑过去拿起剪刀，朝6个月的小孩戳过去... 现在
我脑子里还是那明晃晃剪刀。。。
＃２：唯一一家没有电视的，最安静的。Ｉｎｆａｎｔ班是到１８个月。但是整个
Daycare 就在一个大房间里，横向稍微分割了一下，纵向一通到底，所以大孩子们完全

我也说说自己给宝宝找daycare时对几家daycare的印象吧。
1. A Brighter Future
是去年5月是看的。 这家是给我印象最不好的一家。 很多感觉和Westmore一样。软件
硬件都不好，也不明白为什么收费也不便宜。也许是靠近公司多的Sorrento valley &
torrey pines?
房子很旧，黑黑的，暗暗的，像破旧的仓库厂房。 重点看的的infant班,说因为经济不
好，关了一个班，只有一个班。一间很小的屋子，5，6个小宝宝，躺着的宝宝被扔在一
个像bean bag的东西上，老师用脚时不时踩踩去晃动。老师看上去都很年轻，很漠然的
样子，有宝宝哭，有宝宝乱爬。没看到老师有pay什么attention。没看到有swing,
bouncer之类的设备。
看到的大孩子班貌似很热闹。很多孩子，很多activities。 比对infant班的感觉稍好
些。但条件还是满简陋的。
再说playground吧。 院子里， 没有什么游玩设施。就扔着几个旧轮胎，我还好奇

coloring filling was by me just for inspiration (you can tell) since she
could not do it at her age at that time. Besides that, all of the scribbles
