R, G subways are steps away (20 minutes to Manhattan by E or F) Express bus
to Manhattan (20mins);Local bus stops and LIRR train (15 minutes to penn
station at 32nd st) all within a few blocks;Near all major highways.
$1350 a month including utilities up to $80(don't think will be over $80
provided reasonable use). This is a steal!!! I pay $1550 to landlord so i
am subsidizing you for $280 a month!!! Not furnished but |
