房间已经空出来了，可以马上入住。
这个Condo是法式风格独立结构，两层，四户，我的Unit在二楼，带全封闭车库，可以
放很多东西（自行车、箱子等等）。有中央空调。有阳台，后面是高尔夫练习场，大树
隔开，很private, 很quiet。前面朝向社区小街，但是有四户的车库和四户共享的洗衣
房分开，亦很安静。有WiFi，HDTV，DVR，HiFi，AppleTV，有沙发和餐桌。空出来的卧
室需要适当家具。
搬出去的室友过去交的房租是$750，我们共同支付电费，Internet+Cable。需要交押金
，具体可以在签lease的时候问房东，应该是相当于一个月房租的部分（$750）。新
lease应该也不需要很长，目前是month-by-month。
大致方位是Wolfe 和Maria Ln，Sunnyvale，距很多大公司（Google, Yahoo，Apple
etc）都在20分钟以内。附近生活也很方便，华人超市99 Ranch 5分钟，Costco, Frys

L有dining+kitchen+4bed+4bath+1game， 1bed+1bath在1楼，楼上master+1bath,2个房
间share 1bath，游戏房外1bath，加个门加个衣柜就是另一房间。洗衣房在楼上，楼上
的4个房间呈田子分布。
问题：整个房子基本没有浪费的地方，bath多，但是family room显得不开阔。
E有living+dining+kitchen+4bed++1game（有门）+2.5bath，1楼没有bed，洗衣在一楼
通车库的地方, 厨房大（一周橱柜+island,和family之间是半高拱形镂空），楼上格局
有点乱，估计得加一个bath(4k），option是game和1个bed share.
问题：1楼目前living用不上有点空，其余厨房客厅都比较满意。二楼格局乱，加的
bath地方很不喜欢，让game的形状很怪，最后一个bed离洗手间远。
E比L大300尺，价格差2w不到。 |

还是学生，没钱，就想先买个小房子住住。现在有两个选择。第一个，Twin House，面
积1032，lot size 5661，1979年的，3beds, 1bath, ranch style. oak floor. 厨房
，客厅都还挺大，有deck, yard收拾得挺好，房子保养的不错。要价154，500。另一个
，single family house，砖房，ranch style，木地板。厨房，客厅也挺大，1971年的
，3beds, 1bath，房子的面积估计和第一个差不多，要价178，000就是yard要大很多，双车库，保养得也不错。大概能付100，000到110，000的首付。家里有个3个月大的娃，请大家帮忙选择。谢谢！ |

寓内大部分住户都是学生，物业管理完善，设施齐全，9月1号入住，该房源比较紧俏，
如果已经拿到offer而且确定来波士顿读书的话，现在二月份租房其实比较划算，因为
越是临近开学，到时候房型可能就没这么多选择，房价也可能会上涨。附加的房型的图
