depend on use. Big walk-in closet，街对面就是HEB plus,方便省油钱。现在就open

发帖数: 201 | 4 我们住在Crescent Village, 1bed 1bath, 823 sq. ft.. 2nd floor. $2500 左右一个
月。客厅和厨房是木地板，厨房和卫生间的台面都是大理石，是我见过的最豪华的公寓
配置。
Lease到8月底。因为买到房子，下个月就要搬家了，所以想请问有没有xdjm考虑租公寓
的，我可以给你们一些incentive。但是你们得有良好的记录，能够Pass leasing
office的application才可行。
有兴趣的同学可以去网上看下，我们的complex叫Cadiz，非常新。

因为我们是这个apartment的第一个租客，所以一直特别把这里当家看待，真心喜欢这
里的环境。可是爸妈催久了，还是买房迈入人生新阶段了。哎。。
大概可以对外开租的时间是5月1日那周。如果那周可以搬进来我们可以给$1500作为酬

gas太贵了
我之前不用gas， 1br1bath， 天天做饭， 一个月电费就60左右
现在gas加电都要快100+
还要交水费 |

560-590了吧。但是不代表附近没有，不过不多。给你个BYU中国学生会的email group.
